MOUNT TABOR BOOT CAMP

Mount Tabor Boot Camp is designed for people looking for an extra boost to their weekly fitness program, or the motivation to begin a new workout regimen without a huge dip in the time or money bucket.

• Class meets in Mount Tabor Park for 4 weeks, with 2 training options (click to register):
    - Meet once a week: either Mon at 6:15pm or Thurs at 7:30am
    - Meet twice a week: Mon at 6:15pm and Thurs at 7:30am
• Work with one of New York City's most effective personal trainers, now living in Portland.
• Program incorporates both cardio and strength training for full-body fitness.
• Only $45 for once a week, or $80 for twice a week. Perfect for those who need the
  accountability of a trainer but are on a budget.

For participants who would like to fine tune their group class experience by setting some personal goals, a private Initial Evaluation with Natalie is available at an additional cost of $60. Call Natalie for more information.
