MOUNT TABOR BOOT CAMP
Mount Tabor Boot Camp is designed for people looking for an extra boost to their weekly fitness program,
or the motivation to begin a new workout regimen without a huge dip in the time or money bucket.
Join us this summer for our 4-week Intensive Series.
• Class meets every Thursday in Mount Tabor Park, from 6:15-7:15pm for 4 weeks.
• Work with one of New York City's most effective personal trainers, now living in Portland.
• Mount Tabor Boot Camp Intensive will take your training a step deeper,
incorporating both cardio and strength training in a challenging hour-long workout.
• Only $45. Perfect for those who need the accountability of a trainer but are on a budget.
• Summer Intensive 2010: Registration open for August 5 and August 12.
