Introducing Natalie's new membership program, designed for those in need of a remote guardian to answer questions and provide guidance on exercise and nutrition.

For a low monthly rate of $150, Members will receive:
• Two 45-minute training sessions with Natalie
• Full access to "Punch's Picks", her new line of workout programs and training articles
• Regular support through email to answer questions about training
• Special members-only invitations to group workouts in Central Park

This program is well-suited for those on a budget, or who are already fully integrated into another workout program and would like to feel part of a support network. Two month commitment required, and two private training sessions must be used within the month.
